Hello, New to the blog here. I am very glad that I found this site, per chance thanks to google. lol. My name is Kenley. I live in Dillsburg. I am currently working on my base building plan and soon to train for the Harrisburg half and maybe full this year. I could sure use some advise as a semi new runner. As I can see, this site is fairly new. Is ARC affiliated with the Carlisle Road Runner's Club? I hope to see more informational posts on this site in the future.
